Order Processing Time 

All orders authorized, confirmed and received within the business hours listed above will typically be processed and shipped within 72 hours of confirmation. (Processing time for orders outside business hours, weekends, holidays, and cutoff time will commence on the morning of the next business day)

UPS Expedited Service Shipping Hours

Orders placed and expected to be processed and released on the same day with the below mentioned UPS expedited services must be received prior to the cutoff time as indicated.

For UPS expedited services: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select. Daily cutoff is at 12:00 PM PST In order for the order to be processed and released to UPS on the same day.

Orders received after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.

Orders received before December 23rd 2023 will be processsed and shipped out on December 23rd 2023. Orders received on December 23rd will be processed as quickly as possible. However, there is a chance orders received on the 23rd will not be processed and shipped out on or after January 2nd 2025 after we reopen.

Our office and warehouse will be closed for the 2024 Christmas and New Year holidays starting on the end of business day of December 23rd 2024 and we will be returning on the morning Thursday January 2nd 2025.

All orders received during these holiday hours will be processed in the order it was received. We will start processing orders received on the morning of January 2nd 2025.

But due to the possibility of high volume of orders received during the holidays, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business day on top of the normal turnaround time for orders to be picked, packed and shipped out.
